Gavin Flaton

PRINCIPAL/MARKETING AGENT

Gavin is the Principal at First National Lifestyle Sippy Downs and has been leading his team to success for the past decade. When acquiring the business, Gavin had a very clear vision which was to create a positive work environment that encouraged success, growth and development while delivering the most exceptional customer service possible. True to his vision, Gavin has worked tirelessly to cultivate a culture that enhances the skillsets of his team while allowing them the opportunities to advance their careers, while maintaining a laser focus on client satisfaction in every transaction. Offering both residential sales and property management services across the Sunshine Coast, First National Lifestyle Sippy Downs is leading the way in both results and customer service for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants alike.

Gavin maintains great structure in his days, however no two days are the same in real estate. A normal day would consist of a workout at the gym, getting the kids off to school, responding to emails and returning calls, making appointments and then all the activities that come with being a lead real estate agent, inspections, appraisals, negotiations, marketing and more! His biggest career accomplishment would have to be purchasing the business and becoming an owner of an agency that truly cares about the people within the business. Having etched out a successful real estate career with little to no support, Gavin prides himself on the environment he has created for his team which allows them and him to continue their learning journey every day. A confident and particularly savvy negotiator, Gavin teaches his team how they too can exceed client expectations in any situation.

Thriving under pressure and not motivated by money, Gavin commits himself to his staff and clients wholeheartedly. When he gets time away from the daily grind, he loves the beaches, entertaining or spending time with family and friends or just generally being active, whether it be on his electric skateboard, playing golf or squash, or taking the kids on camping adventures. On the top of Gavin’s bucket list is to climb to base camp at Mount Everest but in the meantime is happy to every now and again sneak away in the caravan and park up where there is no phone reception.
