Within Sippy Downs there are a number of remarkable Playgrounds, Parks, Exercise equipment and Lake areas to enjoy.
Located in the original part of Sippy Downs you will find "Windmill Park" - a great place to exercise, host a BBQ or birthday party, ride the bikes, play some basketball, kick a ball or let the kids burn off some unwanted energy!
"Eaton Park" on Fitzwilliam Drive is undergoing a huge makeover at present. Once complete, the upgraded park will feature multi-purpose court and sports wall, netball court, bbq facilities, rugby/soccer goal posts, plus the wonderful playgound and swings for the younger children.
For quieter times, you can enjoy playing at "Davis Street Park Playground" on the corner of Davis Street and Latimer Crescent or at "Albany Lakes Playground" opposite Bronte Court.
For the older children there is a small skate park off Sir Raleigh Drive with two four foot quarters, and a two-three foot curved quarter to get some height with plenty of grinding space on the small double kicker and grind box on the walkway into the park.
If you are in the Bellflower area, the upgraded "Bellflower Park" is perfect for hot summer days with the shading stretching across the top of the play area.
