Broek Whitfield

Broek joined the First National Lifestyle Sippy Downs team three and a half years ago and has not looked back! Originally joining the team as a sales administrator, Broek has been given the opportunity to develop her skills into a property management role which she absolutely loves. Her typical day can involve anything from routine inspections to entry condition reports, or exit inspections, property viewings, supporting tenants, arranging maintenance, preparing and executing lease agreements and much more.

Broek hasn’t always been in the property industry and that is evident by her Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy Dispensary and Certificate IV in Rental Management, but she has truly found her calling with the team at First National and now holds a Property Occupations License. Surrounded by great team members, Broek boasts that the workplace environment at First National Lifestyle is what keeps her bouncing out of bed in the morning. Feeling a great sense of satisfaction and accomplishment after putting in a hard and honest days work, Broek finds her role challenging and rewarding.

Outside of the office, you will find Broek spending time with her family and friends, pumping out a workout at the gym or just enjoying the beautiful Sunshine Coast lifestyle. With her eyes set on travelling around Australia and Europe, Broek knows for now she is dedicated to exploring and gaining more experience in all avenues in the property industry while being the best property manager and team player possible.
